We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Samuel W Cooper Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean city park for relaxing, featuring a lake and a pond, plus benches.
What runners say about Samuel W Cooper Park
“but other then that I love the peace and quiet that I get when I'm walking around the park and it is very clean”

Quiet af, no real kids play area. Nice exercise machines, brand new and well maintained, though not shaded. The soft shell turtle I surprised acted like he had never seen a human in his life, and I basically had the place to myself. Very tolerable walk around the lake even in the heat. Needs more poke stops
Beautiful, calm, lots of benches. Fishing there is nice or just walking is great. It's well maintained and in a nice area. Only problem is I can't find park hours posted ANYWHERE
The reason star is because they need to put a restroom out here for our elderly people and the ones that walk and run here.. but other then that I love the peace and quiet that I get when I'm walking around the park and it is very clean
Best park to walk and jogs. Clean but limited parking for for 5 vehicles. Bad thing is mosquitoes start eating you starting at sunset. So for sure you’ll runaway after 7pm
