Confirmed from San Lee Gravity Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about San Lee Gravity Park
These trails and bike park are top notch, they are definitely the best in the greater Raleigh area. There are several lines that range in difficulty and the singletrack goes from beginner to some of the most technical I've ridden (roots, rocks, off-camber turns, etc).
We go here every season and we all have a blast the diverse trails make it super on beginners but also not holding back the experienced riders with their more intense descents. It is worth all the climbing, and it is totally worth the drive!
My favorite local trail system! I’ve been riding the gravity park for years, even before it had its upgrade! Such a fun experience for all levels of riding, including our dog Jade! Yes, you have to pedal to the top, but thats how you get top notch gravity trails for the area!
Great downhill bike trails! Probably the fastest stuff in the area now that Lake Crabtree's gone, although these jump lines are much faster and longer than anything in the Triangle.

The practical stuff
- AccessHours vary — hours are not posted for this trail, so check before an early or late run
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
