Confirmed from Siloam Mountain Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Secluded park featuring picnic tables, a playground and a grill, plus a walking trail.
What runners say about Siloam Mountain Park
“It's always kept clean and every time I go there's very little traffic.”
“Beautiful wildlife and great bird watching!”
“Such a fun trail to walk through the woods, and since it's all shaded you can be out in 90 degree weather and not mind one bit.”
“Nice place to walk, eat or just sit in the quiet and read.”
I love this park and have loved it since I first visited it in 1981. They have really updated the shelters, playgrounds, and especially the walking trail. Part of the trail has been there since the very early 1900s and is great for seeing the nature. It starts off at the "top" with wood decking and rails.
Found this park as we were planning out day trip to ES. This park turned out to be exactly what we were hoping! A nice place to play, swings were in another location, which seems like a wise choice to spread out the fun! Plenty of room and shelters with long picnic tables. There was a paved trail that looked nice too.
I can't believe I didn't know this place was here. Such a fun trail to walk through the woods, and since it's all shaded you can be out in 90 degree weather and not mind one bit. There's a cute little playground and great areas for family gatherings, too.
Parking could be better at the park. There are a couple of places to park but everyone gets confused and blocks the parking. There are multiple routes to walk and the park connects to other parks making it a GREAT WALK. I start at the playground and park in a way not to block others.

“Finally, did you know that Siloam Mountain Park used to be called Carnation Hill?”
