Confirmed from Six Mile Creek Greenway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

“Sweet little smooth paved dead-end trail that is well shaded and follows a brook.”

🌾 quiet & peaceful 7 mentions

“Birds chirping and sounds of flowing water gives you immense peaceful feeling.”

This is a secluded trail that is paved and approx. 1.85 miles to the end and back. No real elevation changes. Never crowded. Trail does get a little muddy after heavy rain. Mostly shaded as its lined with trees and brush growth. Small parking area.

Very nice, beautiful scenery; most interesting is the way some of the trees have grown to get sun light. I think some have merged into one tree! Great walking path, no major hills; approximately two miles round-trip. There is also a lot of wet land areas, likely to have mosquitos later in the year.

★★★★★ — Timothy , Apr 2019

This is a very nice flat paved one mile trail. Great for walking, biking, bird watching, dog walking. Good shade from plenty of trees. It might not be as good in the summer, as the area is fairly swampy. But in the springtime at least, it's very nice there.

Nice but small trail of about a mile long gives you a feeling of being in nature. Birds chirping and sounds of flowing water gives you immense peaceful feeling.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
