Confirmed from Sodalis Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nature preserve with hiking trails, caves, and a creek, plus a paved path that's good for kids.
What runners say about Sodalis Preserve
“At first, it doesn’t feel super impressive, but as you follow Pirate Ridge it becomes a nice challenge, and ends out in some truly stunning caves and bluffs.”
This is a beautiful park with 2.5 miles of paved paths and multiple caves. Google maps has a hard time finding the parking lot.
Awesome trails to hike in the middle of town.. Go off the paved path and hike the nature trails.
Nice place to walk my dog. The old caves are cool. Almost all of it is paved.
First time at this preserve, so it was a learning experience. Parked over by the dog park and walked over the creek bridge, then onto the paved path that leads to the hiking trails and caves. Went in the middle of the week and ran into maybe a handful of people. This was a fun hike with plenty to see.
