Confirmed from Soper's Mill's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Soper's Mill
“Nice place very quiet there.”
Fun place to go hiking if you can find it. There really isn't a parking area for the hiking area but I think most people fish here and hike off the rest stop on the 35. The suspension bridge was out so it was a good thing we came from the south and just did a little loop.
Awesome hike that ranges from a mile to more, depending on how you meander the path, also a river to the side for kayaking. Very shaded path and pretty easy trail. Recommended for everyone!
Nice little park. Walking path. Planning on kayaking this year on the creek
Parking Very limited but it's a great spot to hike, view river, and appreciate nature.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
