Confirmed from Sue Ann Miller Trailhead - West Fork River Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Sue Ann Miller Trailhead - West Fork River Trail
This is the starting point of the West Fork River Trail that runs from Shinnston, WV to Fairmont, WV. Harrison County has been working on improvements on its sectional of the trail. Plenty of parking here! Follow the signs for on-street riding to connect to the rest of the West Fork River Trail.
Great trail. I prefer starting near the Shinnston bridge but starting here takes you through downtown. Has a lot of parking.
It's a shame Harrison County continually fails to upgrade It's trail surface to Marion County's much higher standards!
