Confirmed from Swansea Clinton Hills Conservation Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Former golf course turned public space with trails for biking, walking and disc golf.
What runners say about Swansea Clinton Hills Conservation Park
“Didn’t know you could turn an old golf course into a heavenly wonder of beautiful nature.”
“Love to take my dogs for walks there!”
Great park hidden in plain sight. Great for walking, frisbee golf, picnics and more. Located right by Fletchers Bar and grill.
They have definitely made some great improvements to this park! The paved walk/bike trail is very nice! It’s about 1.5 miles to walk the whole trail! Love to take my dogs for walks there!
Didn’t know you could turn an old golf course into a heavenly wonder of beautiful nature. Dog friendly. You can fish in the lake/pond. Walk run jog etc. definitely a Gem to me.
Absolutely beautiful. Great for a picnic (bring your own picnic blanket) and a long walk. There are plenty of trees for shade and I walked for hours today soaking up the view (lakes and beautiful homes). It used to be a golf course, so that's pretty much what you can expect it to look like at this point.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
