Confirmed from Teason's Woods' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Teasons Woods is AMAZING! It's part of the maze of trails in Palos Hills & Heights. FPCC keeps the trails and facilities clean & clear! We did the YELLOW LOOP, an 8+ mile hike early and it was an AWESOME fall morning! Highly recommend walk or bike.

Beautiful trails with all types of terrain and elevations. Clean and well maintained. The bike traffic is heavy yet spread. There is something for everyone to do. They have portapotties at the beginning of most trails. There is an actual bathroom building by the stairs. The trail system is beautifully in all seasons.

Nice little quiet 3 mile trail towards the west, white gravel with little rocks at times, be ready to get your shoes covered with dusts! Very nicely covered trail with not a lot of people. I see more deer (3) than bikes today 😁 Going east you will find Swallow Cliff with high stairs.

Good walking, hiking-ish trails. There are several trails and a lot of little pathways. The main trails are not marked, but pretty easy to follow.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
