Confirmed from The Underline's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational area and urban trail, featuring a basketball court, a playground, ping-pong tables, picnic tables and paths for walking and cycling, plus butterflies and native flora.

This place is amazing. A true gem in the making for the people of Miami. It's like nothing ever seen before here, and I can't wait for the entire 10-miles to be completed! If you're in Miami, it's a must see.
Nice public outing. Right across the Brickell station. Perfect for walking or talking your dog for a walk. There is also a ping pong table here. Lets of benches and tables kept here. One can sit down for a quick snack here. Would surely recommend.
This is a recent path under the train line to ride or walk safety. It also has water fountains in case you are thirsty, bags for dogs along the way, an area to shoot some basketballs, or kick some soccer goals near by 7th St.
It’s a pretty place! I love to pass by here on my walks. I got a spinach empanada from a vendor down here selling 3 for 3$ and it was fire! I would recommend if you see him!

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
