Love running along trails next to Kern River & Truxtun extension lakes. This lovely place is a step away from the city. Several parks have exercise area's while you enjoy the scenery. Numerous parks are within reach no matter which direction you choose. (River route is : N/East to S/West).
I love this place! It's a great place to exercise. I always do 5 miles at least or more. The atmosphere is great and so are the people that go there. Thank you Truxtun park for this great trail.
Great place to take a walk, ride bikes, and just Overall fresh air. Not so crowded just perfect, great scenery as well .
Nice area for the fitness section like equipment bars that you can use in the park, running, and biking.
