Confirmed from Truxtun Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Park featuring a lake, trails, disc golf, and picnic spots.

“Love running along trails next to Kern River & Truxtun extension lakes.”

Love running along trails next to Kern River & Truxtun extension lakes. This lovely place is a step away from the city. Several parks have exercise area's while you enjoy the scenery. Numerous parks are within reach no matter which direction you choose. (River route is : N/East to S/West).

I love this place! It's a great place to exercise. I always do 5 miles at least or more. The atmosphere is great and so are the people that go there. Thank you Truxtun park for this great trail.

Nice area for the fitness section like equipment bars that you can use in the park, running, and biking.
