Confirmed from Two Mile Farm's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Two Mile Farm
Nice walking to many people Don't keep their dogs on leash that should be.
Well marked, wide trails with a couple of maps placed at key points. Ample parking between the two lots at Maryland St and Union St. Popular spot for dog walkers; water bowls and poop bags provided on each end of the trails. Beautiful views of the marshes along North River. Plenty of shade.
Nice dirt trail. Many roots on the trail could make footing an issue. A few easy hills. Good views of the marsh. Garbage can and poop bags provided. 2 small parking lots.
A good couple of miles of trails, through somewhat cleared woods - little underbrush. One does hear the roar of cars from Rte 3, perhaps a half mile away or less.

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
