Confirmed from Veterans Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large park featuring a dog park and a playground as well as an array of sports facilities and trails.

“Update 2026 spring It's still very well shaded place, ideal to go with kids on 95 degree weather.”
“Really pretty park, nice place for all people, with or without kids cause it has a playground but lots of open field and walking trails for quiet, peaceful, adult time.”
“I see a lot of dog walkers in the club.”
Very nice park. Super clean. Paved trails. All of the baseball and soccer fields are very well maintained. They have a nice dog park area which i will have to bring my dogs back to try out. A nice sized playground for kids. There is a large lake with a gazebo to sit in and relax as well.
A wonderful park nestled in Hamilton township. There are a variety of paved paths and trails. Along the paved trail there are several exercise locations to use. There is also a very nice lake to walk along with a variety of wildlife. I also saw some sports fields and a skate park connected to the park.
This park is beautiful. Plenty of parking and walking trails. Perfect for a run since the trees are pretty tall so the trails are under shade most of the day. A lake good for relaxation. There are outdoor gym stations for exercise, picnic areas and multiple playgrounds. Baseball and soccer fields. Clean restrooms.
From out of town and had time to waste over the weekend. Found this on Google. Absolutely gorgeous! Even has a lake, which I didn't make it too. But there's a trail to get there and a separate entrance.

“They also have a bathroom so you don't have to cut your fun short to find a toilet for you or your Lil ones 😉”
“Great playgrounds (enter from the side with the airplane in the entrance), lots of parking, most of the play areas are shadowed in the summer.”
