Decent little park if you are just trying to get outside, but you could drive about a half a mile farther and get to Fairbanks Park, which is nothing special, but there is a dog park there and a nice walking path along the river.
I really only stopped here because of the name of the park, but it was a nice place to walk the dog a bit.
