Confirmed from Walton Island Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Landscaped fishing spot featuring a gazebo and a flag sculpture, plus two pedestrian bridge access points.

I was in the area to get tattooed at Top Notch in Elgin and I had some time to pass before my appointment so I came over to this lovely park to walk around. The dam is really cool, the landscaping is gorgeous, and there were lots of geese and ducks.
This place is beautiful in the fall! Great place for a fall photoshoot, a stroll, picnic, or walking your doggos!
Beautiful park not crowded, love our time at this park. No playground. But the kiddo will enjoy the walk to the Island.
