We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Waukee Triumph Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Sports fields and a pond for fishing accompany a sprawling playground with tall slides and a climbing area.

👟 good for all levels 3 mentions

“Awesome park with many things for all ages to do!”

This is an amazing park. It’s laid out very well and while the playground area is the focus, the 3 separate baseball field pods (4 fields in each) are very impressive too.

★★★★★ — Jon , Sep 2022

Awesome park with many things for all ages to do! The tall yellow slide is SO tall and fun to ride! I would definitely be cautious letting younger kids run wild on the bigger park as there’s a few vertical tubes that are very high and could be bad if they fell.

★★★★★ — Jonmarkheaner , Dec 2024

Dog friendly park! Nice fields, great amenities such as playgrounds and pond for fishing. Parking is scarce so expect long walks to the fields.

★★★★☆ — Carl , May 2026

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
