Confirmed from West Orange Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

That’s my favorite trail to bike ride, the best relax moments, so the view stole my heart from the first time I went there ... so my secret spot, I love it 😍...

Its an easy trail meant for long family rides, really like it a lot, the people that go over and locals are typically really nice around the area and the only reason im rating it 4 stars and not 5 its because there are some areas that at night it super dark absolutely not lights at all and it would be easier and more…

★★★★☆ — Manuel , Jan 2021

We went from Lke Apopka to Lake Mineola, 28 miles total round trip, easy trail, mostly flat, mild hills not too bad, gorgeous scenery, shade, few patches of woods (a little spooky at night but we feel safe)very well kept, rest stops, a few bike service stations and bathrooms, dinner at Winter Garden, perfect.

★★★★★ — Walter , Dec 2021

This is one of my favorite places in the world. I've logged many miles by bike and run on this trail. One of the best trails in Florida. Curves and neighborhoods keep things interesting. There are some sections with trees but development is taking over most spots.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
