Confirmed from Whitnall Highway Park North's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park where visitors can walk, run, and see flowers.
What runners say about Whitnall Highway Park North
“Not a lot of amenities, but the grass is always well maintained and there's plenty of it.”
“Whitnall Highway Park North is a long, beautiful green space, although there isn't much else.”
“Great place when people don't bring big dogs to the small dog section!! Everyone friendly.”
Nice par course with workout stations and a running path. It's on dirt and grass, so not as impactful like concrete. If you know how to utilize all the stations you'll get a good workout.
I personally love this park. It's a very calm area to just go and relax. You can go there and do so many things. You can go play soccer with friends, volleyball... or just go and have a nice walk, if just go relax and enjoy the beautiful grass.
If you want a field to workout on or throw the pigskin around without having to fight for the spot or run into a tree this is the perfect open spot. Great for agility workouts.
Whitnall Highway Park North is a long, beautiful green space, although there isn't much else. It's next to the Chandler Blvd bike path, I enjoyed running here.
