I nanny a six year old and she LOVES this park. It’s her favorite, and we have gone to A LOT of playgrounds. She lives down by the Domain so we have gone to playgrounds all over Austin. From a caretakers perspective: hands down, the best thing about this park is how close the clean restrooms are.
My neighborhood dog park. I run or walk through daily even though we don’t own any pets anymore but love this for our pet lovers.
This is a lovely new park area finished in fall 2020. It has a large and varied playscape area for the kiddos. Public restroom and water fountain is provided, and there are benches for relaxing. Also, there is plenty of parking and a handicap accessible entrance to several walking paths.
My kids love this playground! Either bring a chair or prepare to sit on the ground. There are plenty of sidewalk trails nearby if you want to bring their scooters & bikes.
