Confirmed from Wilcox Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Wilcox Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (786 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 6 mentions

“While not always open in the early morning times, Lynnwood Maintenance works very hard to keep this location stocked with toilet paper and "clean smelling".”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 5 mentions

“It has a huge field with tons of trees you can adventure though and take a walk and look at all the beautiful nature!”

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

“Kinda ducked off and covered by trees for some good shade.”

Beautiful park. Nice shady spots. Restrooms. Lots of space to run around or do whatever it is that you do!

★★★★☆ — Kathleen , Jul 2022

This park is HUGE! It has a huge field with tons of trees you can adventure though and take a walk and look at all the beautiful nature! The playground is so much fun, it has the best tire swing and slides! The basketball court is an added bonus! Great for all ages! The bathrooms are normally always clean and tidy!

★★★★★ — Danielle , Nov 2022

Great park for having the kids running around and a nice playground. Also has BBQ’s to get your grill on 🔥

★★★★★ — Pedro , Aug 2021

For a "city" park, this one's pretty good. You can walk through the woods towards a hidden park on the north side or cross the street into scriber lake park.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
