Confirmed from Wilder Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular public space comprised of museums, formal gardens, play & picnic areas, sport courts & more.
What runners say about Wilder Park
“Very beautiful well maintained, easy free parking, easy walk around for people with walkers .”
“This place is so beautiful, it has enough space to walk or run, They have a park for the kids and the conservatory.”
Absolutely love it! The landscaping is stunning. They have green houses, a big canopy for weddings and or parties, and there is a well designed playground for kiddos. I totally think you will enjoy taking a mid afternoon walk and or a late evening stroll under the moon light in this breathtaking park.
I was just taking a walk here and wanted to mention how beautiful Wilder Park is. I moved to the area last year, and a gorgeous greenhouse with beautiful surrounding grounds and great history behind it is exactly where I want to be. I love the Greenhouse especially!
Beautiful park with several nice museums/buildings to visit. We were there for the Art in Wilder Park Festival. Lots of excellent art, crafts, music, and food vendors. Well worth checking out. Parking is scarce so prepare for a bit of a walk from where you park to get to Wilder Park.
This park has just about anything and everything ! Large walking path around , tennis courts , huge playground , public restrooms and a nice picnic table area. It’s very well maintained and taken care of. Great place for just about anyone and everyone.
