Confirmed from Wilson Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Nice park to walk in and get away!!! Very wooded with a river that flows through it! Lots of different paths to choose from! They have bike friendly paths as well! I've been there twice and both time there wasn't to many people it was nice and peaceful and secluded!

Great place to let the dog run around or swim. Good fishing, kayaking, park for kids. Plenty of room for family activities. One of my more favorite places to be since moving to Sauk rapids

This is a great spot to play PokémonGo!!! Bring your kids and let them burn off those energies! Huge are for children to run and play with other children. Has a nice building for receptions to bday parties. Has a BEAUTIFUL memorial for our fallen HEROS that is a must see.

★★★★★ — Shawn , May 2025

This park is one of the best versatile parks around. It’s excellent for Pokémon gatherings, flying kites in an open area. Love the dog park area letting them be able to run around. You can see your kids on the playground no matter where you are around it. It feels safe and inviting!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
