Very beautiful trail to walk, bike ride on. We saw some horses, squirrels and deer. Looking forward to walking farther on the trail. We only walked 1.5 miles from the parking area.
Been walking different sections for years. Love it. I keep my dog on a leash. I just wish others would do the same.
A neat place/trail to walk on. Some sections are washed away collecting water flooding sections with a few holes by some critters. Bridge by the Rat River is home to many ducks and geese which also happens to be their 'leavings' area too (if ya catch my drift). Open to the sun and breeze.
Nice little parking area. Heading north on the trail has you crossing the Medina Junction Railroad Crossing. Quite a busy intersection during the 2nd world war. So much so that it was actually manned for several years.
