Confirmed from Adventure Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Adventure Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (1,068 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 7 mentions

“With two pavilions and well-maintained restrooms, it offers a clean and enjoyable environment for families.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 3 mentions

“Playground is gorgeous and the pavilion is a big bonus.”

👟 good for all levels 5 mentions

“Adventure Park, nestled on church grounds, boasts expansive play areas with diverse activities suitable for kids of all ages and abilities.”

Cool free park right off of the freeway. Good place for the kids to run around for an hour while traveling to Hershey for a chocolate factory tour. There are quite a few bees and wasps however. So keep your eyes open. The set up is cool and engaging for kids younger than eight.

Great place to walk, bike ride, or use the scooter. Playground is gorgeous and the pavilion is a big bonus. Plenty of parking spaces even if you come in an rv

Super nice park. So much equipment for a nice range of ages. Love the soft foam ground. Kids all played nicely together. There is a walking trail and exercise section. Also saw a disc golf near the walking trail.

★★★★★ — Christina , Jul 2022

Even before the park finished its construction, I was eagerly anticipating its opening. It started out with a delightfully colorful, modern playground that is accessible by children of different age and ability to play together, even the physically challenged. We've been taking our son there since its opening in 2009.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 8 mentions

“Public restrooms available, as well as water fountains, do note that only the shorter fountain was functioning when we were there on a Monday mid-morning.”
