Very lovely park. A short walking trail. You can drive down to the 2nd parking lot under the trees.
You do not have to be a veteran to appreciate this park. Informative & beautiful in many ways. Walk path accommodates handicaps & it's also pet friendly. NOTE: Bathroom is not open during winter months.
Nice sport to take a walk. It has brief historical info on each war that happened in the past year hat the USA participated in.
It is a hike to get back to the memorial monuments. Parking is very limited.
