Confirmed from Aliante Nature Discovery Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
20-acre park with tennis & volleyball courts plus a lake, waterfall & dinosaur-themed kids area.
What runners say about Aliante Nature Discovery Park
“All the beautiful water with beautiful ducks and even a waterfall And of course, the great dinosaur park and playground.”
“It also offers a very large area for picnics, plain space for all ages even adults.”
“I've walked with my dog around this park and loved it.”
If you love dinosaurs or your children love dinosaurs this is a park to go to. There is a large sand pit that a large amount of people can play in that is surrounded by dinosaur fossils, and it has a very large walk-in dinosaur fossil head that you can take capturing pictures with.
This park is awesome. So different from the others all over Vegas. I love the gated in park so I can allow all the little ones to run freely without running out into the street. I love the fossil finding in the sand pit. BRING BUCKETS AND SHOVELS AND LITTLE BROOMS. There's a playground for both little and older kids.
What a great park, this is for all types of people, of all ages. There is a really cool play area for kids. There is a waterfall, there are plenty of just big wide open spaces for people who want a little privacy or a picnic. I was very, very impressed with this park. It's a great place to walk Your dog.
I absolutely love this park, but I noticed yesterday that the turf on the playground is needing to be replaced. I'd also say that people love the swings, and it would be nice if they added two additional sets of swings. I am a grown up, but very rarely do I ever get an opportunity to swing. Lol!
