The trail is nice, and this particular trail head is a great place to park. First off, the parking lot is big. You should never have an issue parking. Secondly, there is an outhouse here as well. And now there's a covered picnic table.
First time visiting/biking this trail. Came across a couple snakes on the trail. Made a stop at Trefzger's Bakery...delicious!
Great trail near Peoria. Good for walking, running and biking. Very shaded on the paved path. Enjoy!
Lots of parking, restrooms, and the trail through the city is in very good condition and blacktopped. Heading out of the city is more gravel but in better shape than most other trails with an occasional rough spot. Lots of trail space and restrooms, spots to look at animals, sit, or picnic along the trail.
