Confirmed from Robinson Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
A nature preserve makes up much of this dense 675-acre park, which also has picnic areas & trails.
What runners say about Robinson Park
“Peaceful, well maintained, forget you're in town kind of place”
“Gorgeous diversity of deciduous trees and evergreens, lush canopy cover… you’ll feel like you’re in Colorado.”
“These trails are well maintained and easy to follow.”
“Robinson Park is a peaceful place to escape the city North of Peoria on Knoxville Ave.”
Up and down the valley can be a little steep, but there are some nice bridges and boards walks.
Great place to hike. Many different access points. From easy to difficult terrain. Paths are mostly wide and very clean. Always enjoyable. I would highly recommend.
Nice and quiet place for a walk... Beautiful place....Like it a lot...Below some pictures of the beautiful fall colors at park trail...Capture in a lensball.
A regularly visited trail for us, through every season and weather condition. This trail can be a healthy workout no matter the distance you go due to several inclines (with benches and declines to catch your breath).
