It was a nice place to park for a bit to catch my breath & watch the river. Trails meander all around the area. Close to the river, but need to walk down a little bit to get to the water. A little rugged and rough around the edges.
Beautiful walk along the river front. Dad and I walked four miles one way and four back. Good workout with incredible scenery.
I've been going to this park for nearly a decade with my dog. It's much busier than it used to be. The sounds of the river bri g me back every time as do the cottonwood. No restrooms, no playground,, no picnic areas. Dogs on leashes. Just trails and a dirt parking lot
I took a few bike rides through this park through this park while visiting friends in Farmington . It’s nice to get out of traffic on a bike / walk path when available . This was a safe, clean park to take my little dog Chica for bike ride off the main roadways .
