Confirmed from Riverwalk nature trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Riverwalk nature trail
“Before we take a long trip home I get some clean fresh air.”
“It could happen🤨 My point is, if your a nature lover, there are over 8 miles in our Riverwalk system, and beautiful beyond the telling of it.”
One of the most beautiful features about Farmington NM, is this trail. Some parts aren't finished yet. But the scenery and wildlife are worth the trek
You know that place, where you can just sit, and be alive, maybe daydream, or, come up with a plan (or potion) that causes the Dems and Reps in the Senate to work together for the greater good of the American People!!
Take your kids, your bikes, your dog (and baggies for them). Walk trails by river all the way to the Nature Center or to the other park on Miller for more playground. Bring some cracked corn for the ducks. In the summer there's a water playground/fountain for the kids. Great place. Needs more public bathrooms though.
Great walk overall. The place has a beautiful and calming feel. The smell is off putting at some areas. I did 3 miles total, but the path continued not sure how long it is. Great day to walk. Saw a few people on bikes as well.
