Confirmed from Andrew Brown Park West's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Great park! Clean and well maintained. Played sand volleyball yesterday from here . Great experience. There are a ton of things to do here and great for walk/run/biking.

★★★★★ — Saheer , Sep 2022

Absolutely love this park. I go for walks here because I love how big yet clean the park is. The park has basketballs courts, a beach volleyball court, 3 baseball fields, a jumbo size children’s playground, and what seems like an acres of grass to play soccer.

★★★★★ — Adam , Oct 2024

Expansive green space with multiple play options, lake, children’s park, picnic spots and so much more. Evenings are special for walking around the park. A must visit with kids.

★★★★☆ — Sourabh , Sep 2022

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🅿️ Trailhead parking 6 mentions

“Enough parking too - But the entry exit is a single line - when games get cancelled due to rain etc - it can take 20-30 mins to just exit the park .”
