Confirmed from Ann Pearson Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Ann Pearson Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (14 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 3 mentions

“The playground is clean and well-maintained, but it would be nice if there were some shade.”

🌳 shaded & cool 4 mentions

The shaded trails are the best. The paths are sandy which I prefer over gravel. Parents, you can definitely push a stroller, but make sure it is a heavier duty one. I don’t think a little umbrella stroller would make it. Along the trail there is a creek and a couple of grassy areas.

Really enjoyed the park. I think it’s great and glad it’s finally open. It’s advertised being 2.5 miles of trails. After running the exterior lap the most I tracked was 1.15 miles so just be prepared for that. Clockwise loop is a lot easier than counterclockwise loop!

Nice to have a park that’s not only great for kids but also dogs. Nice walking trail and field for activities. I think the future plan is to add disc golf to the field.

Cute little park. Great wooded trails for a quick walk with dogs. I didn’t see any trail maps so I’m posting it here

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
