Confirmed from Trailhead, Creekline Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Hans and I just checked out the creekline trails, and let me tell you, it was fantastic! The paths are perfect for biking, hiking, and they're ADA accessible too, which is awesome.

★★★★★ — Laura , Apr 2024

Walked here with my daughter in her stroller; we loved it! It’s beautiful, the trail is paved and is wheelchair accessible, and it feels safe.

★★★★★ — Umi , May 2024

This is a new trail and it is awesome. Opelika has done itself proud by creating such a nicely designed and appointed trail. It links up with an older trail (Wood Duck), at its end or beginning depending on where you park.

★★★★★ — Michael , May 2024

Beautiful trail - very flat and beginner friendly. You can also cross the street to a birding trail if you want to go farther. There is a nice spot to stop and relax and have lunch too. Not a lot of parking but it is free.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
