Confirmed from Arbor Gardens' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Multi-use green space with trails and picnic areas as well as a creek and a duck pond.

We walk in this park with our dogs 4-5 times a week. It’s got quiet shaded path ways several picnic tables and an abundance of wildlife. Over this past Spring, we’ve seen hatchling ducks grow into adults, Squirrels, and birds. It seems there are an over abundance of Cardinals and Blue Jays in this park.
Took my mom to walk & brought my lil baby in her wagon. She has back and knee issues..will be making her a wheels for her back end so she can zoom around and get exercise.
Arbor Gardens is a great little local space to take a stroll or go for a quick jog. While visiting with my kids, we experienced many turtles in the pond, geese near the covered picnic table, squirrels going from tree to tree, and other birds. So it offers local wildlife as well as aesthetic outdoor scenery.
Very nice, multi-function park. It has a gated dog park with separate large and small dog enclosures, a frisbee golf course, pleasant trails, a jungle gym and something I've never before seen in Oklahoma: a small book exchange. I didn't check inside, so forgive me if it contains nothing but a couple of Trump Bibles.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
