Confirmed from Tom Strouhal Little River's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly park featuring playgrounds, a splash pad and a water park area for kids.
What runners say about Tom Strouhal Little River
“The other parts of the park were clean and the playground space is perfect for family time!”
“Cons: 4th street park has very little shade out side of the pavilions.”
“I think there's probably 12 slides, and climbing toys for all ages.”
One of the best parks our family has ever visited! Fantastic playground equipment for most ages and a water park to boot! Lots of open space around too so the kids can run if they want. I highly recommend this park for everyday fun or a refreshing water experience on hot days.
There are 2 separate parts of Little River park. There is the pirate ships on 4th street and a play ground and splash pad in the Plaza Towers neighborhood. Pros: Both offer restrooms that are open during park hours. There are several pavilions that can be rented at both park areas.
My granddaughter loves the park! I love the bike trails for night riding or day riding when it's not hot. Not the same as beach riding but it'll do for now😁 #NEWBEGINNINGS #NEXTCHAPTER #EBIKESRULE
Loved the playground & hiking trail. Directions sent us around to the entrance by the bigger playground, but the pirate ship we wanted to see was off of 12th - tiny sign, we drove right past it.

- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
