Audubon Society Attleboro Springs Wildlife Sanctuary was a nice 15-20 minute hike on the Reflection Trail. Very well marked, level ground and peaceful. This location is right near The National Shrine of our Lady of LaSalette. Just behind the Rosary Pond and parking lot.
Beautiful little preserve. Many large turtles and frogs/toads along the pond, and various different birds around too. Super quiet, serene place to walk for a little while, and longer if you’re willing to trek outside the fully trimmed areas. Free to visit, lots of parking. Recommended!
What a lovely place. Wetlands and meadows and the trails are well maintained. I enjoyed this simple hike very much.
I hiked on a perfect fall temperature Sunday. This visit allowed me to mark Attleboro as city #155 towards my 351 goal (hike/walk in every city and town in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts).
