Confirmed from Avon/Catawba Creeks Greenway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Asphalt trail for exercising, running, walking and biking, with shaded sections.

This is such a beautiful trail! Easily one of my favorite trails in the area. It's roughly 4mi total with beautiful scenery along the way.
After going to another trail that was clearly not marked well we decided to this Carolina Thread Trail. We parked at the National Armour and walked to the beginning of the greenway. This trail was clearly marked you knew exactly were to go by the sign and distance markers.

nice path. even. no significant inclines or declines. well maintained. pretty clean. it's a little over 2 miles from Garrison entrance to Robinwood entrance. the trees provide shade most of the way. bikes, skateboards, roller skates and strollers are welcome.
