This is one of my favorite parks. Close to where we live and the small lake and surrounding wooded area attracts lots of birds, including the occasional rarity. I visit there at least monthly. The walking path around the lake is flat, paved and easy for anyone to navigate.
♿️ Very nice park with lots of history behind it. Walked the trail around the pond several times, it was small, so it takes a little bit to get your steps in. But, the natural scenery...trees, the stone steps, the rocks, the amphitheater, the rose garden, the tiny babbling brook are all worth stopping to check out.
An historic green space in the city with a pond, walking track, playgrounds, picnic pavilions, amphitheater, baseball fields, library, and woodland trails. The public restrooms are only open on weekends during baseball season.
Beautiful, spacious city park!! I was here for the annual Blues music event and they had great vendors/activities for the entire family!! This park has multiple entries, walking trails, a lake, and amphitheater.
