Confirmed from B&O Bike Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

I love this bike trail! I have Ehlers Danlos and going on big hikes or climbs is way tol rough on my joints, but this bike trail is perfect for walks around the area, and with my cane or a rollator its even easier! All flat terrain for the most part, though I'm not sure how far out it goes.
Awesome bike trail! Very nice, generally quiet, good amount of shade. Nice and flat. Lots of beautiful scenery! Restrooms along the way at the Bellville parking area and also at the St Rt 97 parking area/dog park.
Old rail to trail. Paved. Good condition most of the way. I used to bike this down from Lexington to Butler and back to get ice cream as a teenager. Good to see the trail is well maintained after all these years.
