Confirmed from Bailey Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly park boasting playgrounds and baseball fields for kids, plus a dog park and a picnic area.
What runners say about Bailey Park
“Beautiful to see the geese and their babies and ducks and saw a raccoon getting dinner”
I bring my kids here just about everyday (when the weather allows it) for at least 30-45 minutes. It's such a nice park and has 1 entrance so I don't have to worry about them running off somewhere. Park is right next to the river so there's always geese and ducks around.
If you have kiddo's, this park is for you. Want to take your dog to great dog park? This is you place. 800+ acres of beauty and peace. Linear Trail runs through part's of Baily Park. Making it great for walker's or for those whom like to pedal there bike's.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
