Confirmed from Bancroft Bay Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Tranquil city park, with a gazebo, hiking trails and areas for frisbee, disc and traditional golf.
What runners say about Bancroft Bay Park
“The park is beautiful and well maintained.”
“Beautiful place to sit, walk, play disc golf, if you get it a chance you can Coast your vehicle to the stop sign.”
This a great year round hiking park with many features. The old cement corn crib is relic that is one of few ever built. The disc golf course is under maintained, but that makes it challenging. It was very busy on the last visit there.
Great park for hiking, picnics, large outdoor events and frisbee golf. It is surrounded by Fountain Lake and has beautiful views. Recommended for kids, couples and families.
Beautiful place to sit, walk, play disc golf, if you get it a chance you can Coast your vehicle to the stop sign. Lol. My mom got married there. Near the gazebo.
