Confirmed from Bancroft Park Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Bancroft Park Trails
“Well kept, short trail with nice hills in a beautiful pocket of forest”
Nice small paved trail, with an option to go off path. Hidden and quiet.
Bancroft Park is our go-to spot, man. The trail is super easy to find, even for someone like me who's not exactly an outdoorsman. We always have a chill time walking around, and it's never too crowded, which is awesome. We also have a blast hunting for golf balls - it makes the walk even more fun.
The trails are plowed, making walking and hiking easy for us older folks in these winter months. The quiet, snow covered fields and forest floor are beautiful. Deer are frequent, and today we saw a murder of crows flying overhead. Woodpeckers and owls are frequent visitors.
Nice park with paved walkways and wooded trails. Local history with the Mason Esker being located here. Large open field for soccer, football and lots of activities. Playground in a shaded area is a bonus for the children.

- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
