Confirmed from Barkleyville Dog Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Roomy dog park with fenced, size-based quarters, plus an agility course & pet water fountains.
What runners say about Barkleyville Dog Park
“I’m mute to the community and I found that people are very friendly at this dog park very clean and doggies.”
“Nice shady trees in the corner, right next to a busy street”
“Its huge, clean, and both the owners and dogs here are super mellow and friendly.”
Great dog park! Its huge, clean, and both the owners and dogs here are super mellow and friendly. Best by far. Also if you have a dog like mine that needs water it's nice because when there are a ton of dogs they just let it run and it's easily accessible
Great park, the areas are sectioned off for different soze dogs. Each area is double gated so your dog won't run away when taken off the leash. Great place to take your dog.
Nice dog park. The water fountain doesn't work right though. Can't leave balls here for the dogs to play with. The maintenance crew runs over them with a lawnmower.
3 separate sections, one for dogs over 20 lbs, one for small dogs and an exercise section with barrels and platforms. Always meeting sweet people here who are good about cleaning up after their dogs. Water fountains and pet waste stations. Plenty of shade and seating.
