Nelson park is very clean to start. In the summer there are music bands that play here and a lot of space to relax and watch. It’s the perfect place to have a picnic and also a birthday party. There is a playground, gazebo, restrooms, horse shoes area, tennis courts and 2 basketball hoops.
This is a small to medium sized park. There's enough space for several parties to go on in the shaded areas around the edges, and there is open space in the middle. There was decent parking too. The bathroom looked nice on the outside but wasn't so great on the inside. They are metal toilets, and there is no soap.
Beautifully landscaped park. Public restrooms. Nice walkways and large grass areas. Let your kid play on the playground while you walk your dog around the area.
