Confirmed from Battle Creek Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Busy park offering a summer aquatic center, pavilion, playground, off-leash dog area & paved trails.
What runners say about Battle Creek Regional Park
“The park itself is clean and spacious, and it’s easy to spend time here before heading onto trails.”
“Finding the playground is harder than it should be but the trails are amazingly beautiful and once you do find the playground it's AWESOME!”
“We stopped at this park down off 61 at the bluffs to walk my dog.”
Excellent place for a walk. Great mixture between woods and pavement. You can just do one or the other but they intertwine very nicely so I do both. The upkeep on the trails couldn't have been better.
A really great, clean, convenient park. Trails are great with different levels of difficulty. Lots of beautiful scenery and well maintained. The dog park is FANTASTIC. The park features a small and large dog area. The large dog area is huge with several different terrain features. My favorite place to take my pups.
Absolutely phenomenal dog park. Fenced in, lots of room to run and romp in the woods. Ponds of varying cleanliness. 100% recommend. Updated 2023: The park recently upgraded the primary entrance with new fencing, a separate small area, and a bridge over the small creek. I love how well loved this park is! 🤩
Beautiful park! Nice trails for walking and single track bike riding. Walk along the creek and enjoy the sound of small waterfalls, one after another. Tons of local flora and wildflowers.
