This was one of the most beautiful hikes I have done in Tucson. You can arrive at the trailhead either by walking or with the bus from the visitor center. The first mile is fairly easy and it's great for the whole family. The second mile is tough; it's very rocky and narrow.
Love this trailhead! It connects with Sabino Canyon and there's many trails all through it. Beautiful views
My husband and I recently tackled the Bear Canyon Trail, and it was such a wonderful experience! We parked at the Bear Canyon Trailhead, which is a bit small, but since we went on a Monday morning, we had no trouble finding a spot.
My son and I, vacationing in Tucson, decided to hike the Bear Canyon trailhead to the Seven Falls. It had good reviews on the AllTrails app and Google, and was one of the top five things to do on TripAdvisor. This was the longest hike my son had attempted—7.
