We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Bear Creek Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Verdant park offering 4.5 acres of partially developed land with a hiking trail & natural creek.
What runners say about Bear Creek Park
Bear Creek Park is an awesome place to walk or run. It has nature to her advantage right next to ever busy Avondale Road. I enjoyed my early morning walk. This park is very close to Bear Creek Village for your groceries, restaurants and services.
A nice little park and walking path. I don't advise coming here late at night. It has almost no lighting and because of the slow moving water it becomes almost like a bog with mosquitos.
Excellent quick nature escape. Right behind Safeway at Bear Creek mall. Riverside park w bike hiking trail underpass potential swim spots 🌿herb walk picnic chill spot...🦒
I just loved this. My spouse was here for business and we stayed at the Hyatt. This trail was ~40 yds outside our door and had a lot of visual interest. Easywalk, hike, or biking. Little gardens, bridges, wildlife and interesting flora along the way.
