We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of East Sammamish River Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about East Sammamish River Trailhead
Decent trail and it’s very much choose your own adventure as far as how far you want to go and which direction. We like going for a few miles along the path by the lake. We’ve run, roller blades, and walked our dog here.
Great place to walk on flat paved surface, Easy for a turn around when you feel you are at a half way point.
