Wow!! What an amazingly beautiful place! Beauty and history around every corner! The Friends of Beatty Park are really taking great care of this place! There are several trails to walk, lots of history to read and soak in, picnic tables, play areas, and even a disc golf course!!! Highly recommend.
Beatty Park is a hidden gem in the city of Steubenville. I'm so excited to locate the beautiful nature trails throughout the park. Can not wait to see this park fully developed in the future!
This is my FAVORITE park in Steubenville, Ohio! There is so much history to this nature park! There are wonderful volunteers who have spent years helping to clean up the area and improve the park without taking away from its natural beauty! This place is 99 acres.
Beatty Park is a beautiful ravine nestled into the Southern hill of Steubenville with the gorgeous Union Cemetary connecting at the top. There's a walking trail, disc golf, playground, picnic shelter. It's a beautiful little surprise, well worth the trip for a day hike and picnic.
