Confirmed from Beaver Creek Lake's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Beaver Creek Lake
Listed as a greenway but no public parking and much shorter than described. Not worth it unless you live there and are looking for a very very very short walk. If that's what you want then it's good
Not a park or greenway it’s a neighborhood pond. Don’t come here expecting an adventure as that’s not what it was intended for.
This is the most turtles I’ve ever seen! Plus lots of frogs and ducks. Great walk of just over a half mile around a cute little lake with bridges. Plenty of parking in the adjacent shopping center with a crosswalk that leads to the trail.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
